Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is the ideal, intimate venue to relish fresh farm-to-table regional bounty for lunch and dinner. Here, sustainability and a tireless pursuit of superior locally grown and lovingly raised food abound. Following its summer 2012 expansion, overseen by GGLO Seattle, the restaurant accommodates 52 indoor diners, 35 bar diners and 25 for exceptional seasonal outdoor dining on Copperleaf Terrace. A large wood-burning outdoor fireplace enables al fresco diners to appreciate their Seattle-Tacoma surroundings.
Showcased in both bar and restaurant are custom-made banquettes featuring 100 percent bamboo fabrics, hand blown glass sculptures, hand-crafted Meyer Wells Silver Maple and Red Elm focal tables and a large Tuscan table fashioned from reclaimed old growth forest. The inclusion of many other hard-to-find and unique artisan pieces support how very seriously Copperleaf regards its sourcing in every facet of the dining experience.
