Season Five Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg’s restaurant/market/butcher shop is focused on seasonal and fresh farm-to-table offerings. The menu will feature Blackbelly Farms’ own livestock and locally sourced small-farm produce. Blackbelly Market will offer lunch and dinner, both sit-down and grab-n-go, in addition to the in-house butcher shop, market provisions and crafted charcuterie program. Blackbelly’s cocktail menu, created by award-winning mixologist Michael Cerretani, reflects the creativity and imagination steering the Blackbelly kitchen and contributes to the much-anticipated, vibrant East Boulder Happy Hour. The new spot also boasts two patios on the North and South side of the restaurant.
