Amuse quite close to The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, charming inns, shopping. The restaurant serves Northwest and French cuisine. Established in 2000 by Erik Brown and Jamie North, this sophisticated restaurant emphasizes the best organic and seasonal ingredients. This all takes place while locally sourcing as much of the kitchen as possible. Current mune options include Steamed Mussels with Tarragon, White Wine, Saffron Mayo, 12 Month Aged Manchego, and Warm Bittersweet Chocolate Truffle Cake. However the Warm Beignets are worth a try too. Most of all, the menu also offers Wines from Oregon and California. Reservations are encouraged because seasonal hours fluctuate.
