With a Starbucks and King Soopers (grocery store) right below, this truly is a remarkable and extraordinary condo, considering both the quality of the amenities and the prime location. Tons of natural light in the unit, (2) California king beds, (2) self-inflating air mattresses, brand new linens, fully-equipped kitchen, [private] washer and dryer, and numerous tip-top amenities throughout the building complex.
In addition to the spacious 2-bedroom unit, guests will also have access to the fitness center, outdoor BBQ area, outdoor pool deck, billiards room, business center (including conference rooms), yoga/pilates room, and of course the grocery store which is located on the floor directly below the apartment.
I’ll be available via phone or text if you need anything at all while you’re here. My assistant lives in the building as well, so in the case that I’m not able to be reached or out of town, he will be readily available to assist with any special requests that you may have.
Coors Field is just a couple blocks away. Union Station is right on the other side of the building that you’ll be staying in. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, dispensaries, breweries (etc etc) within walking distance. A couple of my favorite restaurants and bars are: WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot, Mercantile, HopDoddy, and Honor Society.
Public transportation everywhere! Busses, trains, shared bicycles (called ‘Bcycle’), shared smart-cars (called ‘Car2Go’) and of course, Uber and Lyft are readily available at any time of day or night. You truly are in the best part of town when you stay here!
Secure parking is available in the underground garage for an additional $25/day. (Parking spots are designated.)
No cigarettes in the unit.
Cannabis (420) is okay as long as it’s consumed responsibly.
Please be courteous of the neighbors.
Remove your shoes upon entering the unit.
Keep the doors locked at all times.
If you lose the electronic key/fob, there is a $150 fee to replace it.
Call me if you have any issues, do not bother the neighbors or leasing staff.
